Organic Vegan Wax Wrap - Pack of 3
- Description
Plant wax wraps are a perfect alternative to cling-film. The wraps are designed with a minimal look, using the natural colour of organic cotton. It is perfect for wrapping sandwiches, snacks and left-over food.
- made from organic cotton, candelilla wax, jojoba oil and tree resin
- three pack with one small (18x20cm), one medium (25x28cm) and one large (33x35cm)
- fridge and freezer safe
Thin, flimsy, plastic-like bags are difficult to recycle; without specialized equipment they clog machines. And even when plastic wrap is recycled, it's costlier than using virgin materials. When it ends up in landfills or incinerators, both PVC and PVDC can release a highly toxic chemical called dioxin.
Using single use plastic to keep your food fresh is not the best thing for the planet. So wanted to create an easy Vegan alternative to the cling film many of us are super reliant on.
Organic cotton, candelilla wax, jojoba oil and tree resin
To wash reusable wax food wraps, give them a wipe with a damp cloth and your regular eco friendly dish soap. Hang until dry. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
To store reusable wax food wraps, fold them neatly and store upright in a box or basket.
At end of life, you can refresh the wraps easily. We will be bringing a wax bar that can be melted onto the current wax wraps to refresh them.
